LeverageRank runs analytics on every page, doesn't require an account, and doesn't collect payment or identity information. This policy covers what we track, why, and how to opt out.
What we collect
Analytics
LeverageRank uses Google Analytics 4 and Yandex Metrica to measure traffic and on-site behavior. Both tools log:
- the pages you visit and how long you stay on them
- your traffic source (search engine, direct visit, referral)
- device type, browser, and operating system
- an approximate location (country and city, not precise coordinates)
- interactions such as clicks, link visits, and scroll depth
Yandex Metrica also runs session recording (Webvisor), which captures mouse movement, scrolling, clicks, and text entered into form fields on our pages. Yandex Metrica ties each recording to an anonymous visit ID, not to your identity. Webvisor never records password fields, and LeverageRank has no personal-data forms to begin with: the site doesn't require registration or login.
The analytics tool anonymizes your IP address before it reaches our servers. The rest of that data reaches us in aggregate form, so none of it identifies you as an individual.
To stop session recording, install the Yandex Metrica opt-out add-on or disable analytics cookies in your browser.
Cookies
The site sets a small number of cookies in your browser:
| Cookie type | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|
| Analytics (GA4, Yandex Metrica) | Traffic measurement, unique visits, session recording | Up to 2 years |
| Affiliate tracking | Attributes clicks through /go/ links to the right exchange |
30-90 days, depending on the exchange |
| Essential | Keeps the site running | Session or persistent |
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Turning off analytics cookies doesn't break anything on the site.
Affiliate tracking
When you click a /go/[exchange] link to an exchange, that exchange sets its own cookie in your browser. That's how it credits us with a referral if you sign up. We don't control the type or retention period of these cookies; the destination exchange's own privacy policy governs them, not ours.
What we don't collect
LeverageRank is an information site, not a trading platform. We don't run user accounts, and we don't collect:
- names, email addresses, or phone numbers
- payment details, card numbers, or wallet addresses
- exchange account data
- identity documents
If you email us, we keep that correspondence and nothing else. We don't pass it to any third party.
Who else sees this data
| Party | What they get | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Google (Analytics 4) | Aggregated visit data | Traffic analysis |
| Yandex (Metrica) | Aggregated visit data, including session recordings | Traffic analysis, UX review |
| Partner exchanges | The fact that you clicked a /go/ link |
Referral attribution |
We don't sell data to advertisers, data brokers, or anyone outside this list.
Data retention
Analytics data lives on Google's and Yandex's servers under their own retention policies. Email correspondence lives on our own mail servers. We don't maintain a separate visitor database.
Your rights
We don't collect personal data in the conventional sense, so most GDPR- or CCPA-style requests don't apply to us. Still, if you believe we hold information about you, you can:
- ask what we have on file
- ask us to delete it
- withdraw any consent you gave us
Email [email protected] for any of these. We respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where it matters, flag it on the site. Check back if you want to stay current.
